Consultations
Images and ideas can be sent via email or social media. Dependant on design, size and information given, we may be able to quote this online. However, we always recommend a consultation in person at the studio especially for large detailed designs that need in depth bespoke artwork.
All consultations are free and take place in the Windsor studio. Please arrive on time for your consultation. Late attendance may result in the consultation being postponed to avoid disruption in an artists schedule.
Please ensure that you have a rough idea and/or concept to allow fluid discussion with your artist. Your artist will then provide a rough quote along with time estimates and appointment availability prior to taking a deposit.
Drawing and design work will only commence once a deposit is paid in full. In the event that a design needs to be changed beyond reasonable request, the client will be charged a redesign fee. The cost of which will be at the artists discretion.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure a booking with your tattoo artist. The deposit amount is variable depending on the piece and is at the artist’s discretion. The amount will be stipulated during your consultation with a minimum of £40.
The value of the deposit will be deducted from the agreed price once the treatment is complete.
If the treatment requires more than one session, the deposit will be rolled over to cover the next appointment. The value of the deposit will be deducted from the final payment.
Deposits are non-refundable. If there are extenuating circumstances deposit payments may be refunded at the artist’s discretion (for example: serious illness that prohibits tattooing or piercing).
Pricing & Payments
The minimum set up charge for any tattoo is £50.
As a studio tattoos are quoted by the piece rather than the time that it takes. This gives the artist and client an agreed price to start with, rather than based on an hourly rate. The price reflects the size, detail, location on the body and the colour of the design, not to mention the artist's experience. The same tattoo may cost more dependent on the location due to complexity of the area.
In the case of large tattoos that cannot be quoted as whole piece, these will revert to an hourly rate determined and agreed by the artist.
All cover ups are charged at an hourly rate. Discounts for day sittings are not available on cover up pieces>
We can accept payment via cash, card, bank transfers and PayPal payments.
Cancellation Policy
An appointment can be rearranged or put on hold as long as the studio is given no less than 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit and a new one will need to be paid when rescheduling.
Full cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please see the deposit section in our terms and conditions for further information
If you are late to your appointment we may not be able to accommodate you and you will lose your deposit. Please be on time and communicate any issues.
Disclaimers
On the day of your appointment you will be asked to fill in a disclaimer form. Failure to complete this form will result in the termination of your appointment and loss of deposit. Please bear in mind that a disclaimer is a legal document and by signing it you agree that all information provided to us is correct.
If a member of staff at any point feels that the identification or information given is fictitious then the appointment will be postponed or terminated, both resulting in a loss of deposit.
The contact information provided to us on the disclaimer form will be used only in the event of an emergency, if requested by law enforcement or to provide you with essential information regarding your procedure.

Studio games and Loyalty cards
In the studio we currently have a number of arcade style machines that are used to randomly generate a number or image. This number or image is then used to cross reference to a flash sheet. The client uses these machines at their own risk, with the understanding that they will only know what they will have tattooed once the machine is used. Each machine has its only set of rules that are explained before they start. We have listed these below
-The price of the game is dictated by the individual flash sheet that is chosen. Where a game has no flash sheet, then the price will be visible on the machine
-The games are completely random and the staff at Rogue Tattoo have no idea what pieces will be chosen
-The size of the tattoo is stipulated by the image in the flash book or the dispenser itself, it cannot be made bigger, however it can go smaller
-Each flash sheet is designed to be completed in the style that is stipulated as per the image. It is at artists discrestion as to whether they are willing to change this.
-A game can be booked into the diary as an appointment where possible. However a deposit of the game amount will be taken to sewcure the booking
-Due to the nature of the games, we hold the right to change the imagery where we feel necessary or in certain circumstances remove the game entirely
-There are no refunds on any games
Loyalty cards are available for the games. In which a client can collect stamps to receive a free game. Rules are outlined below
-Play six seperate games and collect six seperate stamps
-The stamps need to be on one card. We cannot accept multiple cards to make up the 6.
-On receipt of a fully stamped card, you will be entitled to a free 50£ game.
-It is at artist discression as to whether they will allow a free turn on the higher priced games
-Cards will be given an activation code, and this will be linked to your booking account
-Lost cards cannot be replaced
-We hold the right to remove this offer at any time
